Hi {{First Name | everyone}},
We're excited to let you know that LLM Tracking is now fully released and available to all customers! 🎉
This new browser extension feature gives your organization visibility and control over how employees access popular AI/LLM tools using personal or free email accounts. Here's what you can do:
Monitor 6 major LLM tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and DeepSeek are all supported out of the box.
Flexible policy enforcement — For each tool, you can choose to:
Track only — silently log sessions for reporting
Show an acknowledgement notice — notify employees they're using a personal account
Block access — prevent personal account usage entirely with an interstitial overlay
Insight Dashboard — A new AI Adoption & Usage section under Shadow IT gives you visual analytics on session breakdowns by sign-in type (work vs. personal vs. unknown) and usage trends per tool.
Privacy-first design — Swif never inspects, stores, or transmits any prompts or responses. Only session metadata (tool name, sign-in type, timestamps) is collected.
No employee login required — LLM Tracking works via your MDM enrollment token, so it's active on managed devices even if employees haven't signed into the extension.
To get started, head to Settings → Team Settings → LLM Account Monitoring and create your first rule. You can scope rules to specific device groups and select which tools to monitor.

Best,
The Swif Team
