Swif Wrapped | 2023 Highlights, and Looking Ahead to 2024 🚀
With 2023 wrapped and Day 1 of 2024 arrived, we wanted to send a reflection and summary of what we've achieved at Swif.
Dear Swif Family,
Wishing you and your team an incredible 2024.
With 2023 wrapped and Day 1 of 2024 arrived, we wanted to send a reflection and summary of what we've achieved at Swif.
Since officially releasing our macOS and Windows device management 8 months ago, we’ve had 205 organizations sign up, imported 660 employees, over 500 devices enrolled, created over 200 policies, and saved our customers over an estimated $100K and 600 hours annually on meeting compliance to win sales, managing device and account access, and onboarding and offboarding employees.
We owe this success to your unwavering support and trust.
Q4 2023 marked a significant milestone as we saw 35% growth month over month. We’ll be committed to onboarding as many qualified businesses as possible to protect their endpoint security.
If you’re a business interested in device security and compliance automation, we’re excited to support you! You can start setting up here or schedule some time to chat with us.
Our core team of mostly engineers and operations has remained steady at 10 members this year, and we couldn’t be more excited about the journey ahead.
Let’s dive into the game-changing features we’ve rolled out this year!
#1 Smart User Groups
➜ Smart user groups automatically add employees based on defined rules, while manual user groups require individual selection. New employees matching set rules are automatically added to smart groups.
➜ Excitingly, user groups are now integrated into our device groups. When creating a new device group, explore the option to add rules based on specific user groups.
➜ Access this feature directly from the employee management menu. We've introduced two types of groups: manual and smart user groups. To create a new user group, click on the "Create new group" button.

➜ For assignees, you can select multiple users from the dropdown list. This is useful if you want to create a smart group for a specific team in your organization.
➜ For labels, you can select multiple labels. This is useful if you want to create a smart group for devices with specific labels in your organization.
➜ Define the specific policies you want to assign to the devices in your group, ensuring compliance and streamlined management.
➜ Choose from a list of software to be installed on the devices within your group, ensuring uniformity and optimized operations.
➜ Enhance control by selecting commands to be executed on devices within your group, adding an extra layer of customization.
